From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series

From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series is Robert Rodriguez's television expansion of his and Quentin Tarantino's cult-classic 1996 film, following the fugitive Gecko brothers as a bank robbery gone wrong sends them across the border into a world of Mesoamerican vampire mythology. As the flagship original series for Rodriguez's El Rey Network, the show built a loyal genre following across three seasons, with a cast led by D.J. Cotrona, Zane Holtz, and Eiza González.

For its third season, production relocated from Austin to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where halflife* came on to provide dailies. It's a fitting addition to halflife*'s catalog of genre and cult-favorite work — proof that the studio's range covers not just Oscar dramas and Disney musicals, but the kind of stylized, blood-soaked storytelling Robert Rodriguez is known for.
